Outlet Key Shop

Outlet Key Shop is a Knoxville locksmith providing emergency lockout assistance to drivers and residents in need of a quick way back in. Originally founded in the late 1970s as A Action Outlet Key Shop, the family-run business grew into a trusted name in the Lonsdale community over three decades of service. In April 2011, ownership passed to Doc Bishop, who, alongside his friend Justin Lyons, carried the shop's legacy forward into its next chapter. Rooted in a long history of helping locked-out Knoxvillians, the shop continues to serve the area with the same hands-on, community-focused approach that built its reputation. Customers facing a lockout situation can turn to this established local business, which has built its standing on decades of steady, dependable work throughout Knoxville and the surrounding neighborhoods.
